Good preparation and a price that hit the “sweet spot” yielded a full price offer from a well-qualified buyer within 24 hours of the house going on the market. Kim and Amanda, her administrative assistant, made sure I had the support I needed from presale preparation to closing. I couldn’t be more pleased with the process and the outcome.

I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed working with Kim Solomon! She was extremely knowledgeable about the process and also brings a persistent yet charming approach to dealing with others. Kim didn't shy away from suggesting improvements such as painting and staging yet did that in a way that didn't feel pushy. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for or selling a home.

Kim is amazing! She walked us through the sales process with total professionalism, great clarity, quick responsiveness. All questions were answered quickly. Everything she needed from me was clear. She staged my house wonderfully. She did a great job on pricing, marketing, negotiating. Her suggestions were great.
