As an active real estate broker for 24 years I have seen some awesome agents in my time (and some not-so-awesome)! Kim was by far the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Even though I'm licensed in NC we chose to have Kim handle the transaction for us. She knew the market inside and out, was extremely detailed and action-oriented. She found us the perfect house, made sure the transaction was buttoned up and helped us navigate a successful closing! I highly recommend Kim!
