This is the second time Kim we've worked with Kim and she is the consummate professional.. she is a great listener and negotiator, and she understands the home-buying process very well. Kim was always available to meet us at a new property in a moment's notice, and was very punctual with returning our calls and texts. We had the pleasure of working with Kim Solomon in the recent sale of our father’s home in Chapel Hill, NC. Working from out of state could have presented a challenge but Kim made the process so easy. She had a long list of local contractors to get the work we needed completed in a very timely manner (painters, roofers, handyman, flooring, stagers, etc.). Being out of town we asked Kim to handle all of the house preparation work and the real estate sale of our home. She did a fantastic job of coordinating the contractors, setting the initial price and manage the showings. We were thoroughly pleased with her expertise and assistance.
Working with Kim was a great experience. She truly went above and beyond to help us with lots of logistics regarding coordinating home renovations and ultimately the sale while we were out of state. She was also very knowledgeable and responsive and worked hard to negotiate on our behalf. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Kim was so responsive, thorough, and friendly. She always followed up with a lot of helpful and detailed information about each house we were interested in. She is very easy to work with and we are extremely happy with the house we ended up with!
If you're looking to buy a house, you definitely want to work with Kim! She made virtual house shopping in a crazy market an enjoyable experience (something that I didn't think was possible). She was so responsive and worked incredibly hard to give us the best video tours, including showing details that wouldn't have been seen unless in-person. She found us our dream home, and even after closing, she has been a point of contact for various issues. If we ever go to sell/buy again, we will certainly be working with Kim!
