Kim has been so wonderful to work with, she is prompt, professional, hard working, and kind to her core. She has made my first time home buyer experience as smooth as it could possibly be. Closing was on time as well.
Kim is pretty amazing. She sold 2 properties for us in less than 1 week for each property. She arrived at first meeting with comps and accurately priced each home. She advised on appearance and staged the property. I was pleased with how smoothly everything went. She definitely earned her commission. I strongly recommend Kim if you are selling your home.
