she was excellent, has a lot of contacts, knows every step of the process, helped immensely in talking to my loan officer...she is a real asset and made the process smooth.
We live out of town and Kim was great at helping get our house sold. She was always quick to respond and happily tackled the challenges of working with tenants. She gets it done.
Kim did an absolutely amazing job finding us the perfect home. She was responsive and listened to our wants and concerns. When we had struggles with our lender she stepped in to get things rolling. She provided great references to contractors and fencing. Even after closing on our house she was there to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend her to anyone!

Kim was fantastic during our buying process. We were under a tight timeline with little knowledge of the area and she did an amazing job of explaining the neighborhoods and walking us through the buying process. She was always responsive, helpful and low pressure. I come from a residential construction background so I've worked with a lot of agents in my time, and she is definitely one of the best!
