Kim was so easy to work with! She helped me navigate the process of buying an investment property in an environment where options in my price range were few. In the end, we found a place that met my needs perfectly.
Kim came out on a snowy night at 8 pm to show me the house because I was on a plane the next morning. That responsiveness was repeated many times more over the next 10 days: getting to the offer accepted, and then the follow through for inspection, contractors and all the paperwork simplified.
