Kim did an amazing job helping us with the sale of our elderly father’s home. She was there in our absence and oversaw the entire process from cleaning prep to sale. She arranged for cleaners, power washing and all essentials to ensure a quick and seamless sale!!! She is awesome to work with and knows her stuff.

Kim was so amazing to work with. We are moving to the area from out of state, and she made us feel so comfortable with such a scary leap. After every house we saw, Kim would help us define exactly what we liked and didn't like, and she would use that to compare and figure out exactly what we liked. We felt so taken care of and supported.
I loved working with Kim! Her expertise was evident throughout the process, particularly with respect to the inspection -- what to look for and then how to approach the sellers.
