Went in at 9:30am an by noon I was done . Alex Caldwell an Jeff Daily made this the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had period. I would tell anyone if you are looking for a car go see Alex or Jeff !!!! They got me in a 2019 Sportage that has the best warranty package I have ever seen on a car . If you want to be told how easy this whole process was to get in a nice car tell Alex or Jeff I said you can contact me an I will personally tell you!
Loved my experience here. I was able to drive every car that I was curious about, and the team worked hard making sure that I was able to leave with what I wanted. I would recommend this Kia Store to any of my friends and family.
Better keep all your paperwork from services, cause they tried to replace the same filters they just replaced at the prior visit, 5000 miles ago. I just had my oil changed and the next day its a quart low and black oil so have my doubts it was even changed.
Absolutely zero stars. I enjoy my car but due to THEM giving us the go around AND not processing the information we now will not be able to get our new plates in time.
Traded my car in the 15th of Sept for a 2019 Kia Soul, they didn't send pay off until the 17 of Oct which made the payment LATE... Today is the 26th of Oct and just NOW got the info to get plates for my new car! NOT HAPPY! I love my car, but NOT The Kia Store of Clarksville.
I went in for a recall on my Sedona van. While waiting, a service person came out carrying my air filter which was covered in grass saying for $70 they could replace it. Since we had driven an hour ONLY for the recall, I asked if she could just brush off the grass and we would get it replaced locally. Her response was NO, they would put it back exactly as they found it. SERIOUSLY!?!?!? Will NEVER return to THAT dealership again!!!
Luke was an outstanding sales person that went above and beyond. Financing pulled all the strings they could and got my Daughter into a 2019 Kia Sportage and stayed within her budget.
Breanna was amazing to work with. Pat the GM was as well. They were amazing working with my daughter and getting her in the car of her dreams. I can not thank you all enough. Would recommend 100%
