First off we bought a used Jeep from here they was supposed to fix brake caliber which they did not had to bring it back to them to fix which I am a hour away the. We had issue of not receiving paperwork on time to license s the Jeep and I have not owned the Jeep 45 days and had a bracket completely snap of the rear end and they didn’t even try to help make it right had to take to a Jeep dealer closer to my home to have to fixed So the Customer service is below par .

RecommendedFirst time ever driving a Kia and couldn't be happier. The Kia Telluride is smooth ride and very comfortable for the whole family. Luke was our salesman and was great to work with. Alex was extremely nice and helpful to finalize our purchase as well. Jacob was top notch finalizing our paperwork also. They seemed like a great overall team. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Corey Campbell had the issue resolved with my Sorento within 1 hour of my call, within 10 minutes of my arrival on site! Talk about customer service! He scanned my car himself just to convenience me and take care of the customer. He was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly effective. Sterling service........I definetly will be back for all my vehicle needs! KUDOS!

RecommendedWent back in January 2019 for an optima not wanting a soul at all. I was used to Nissan and Chevy (loved Nissan hate Chevy) . Left that night with a brand new Kia Soul. They were very accommodating even being late at night and got us in a vehicle. I love my car. Have set to use their service department but I’m hoping it’s better than past experience with other dealerships service.

The entire team worked up and down with my difficult situation to get me into something affordable and something I would enjoy. I would HIGHLY recommend Jeff and the Kia team here in Clarksville.
