Please for the love of god DO NOT go here for a car. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FEMALE! They do not care about the customer and are not willing to help you out. I bought a 15,000 car and 3yrs later it needs a new engine. I was blamed for not getting regular oil changes when I DID in fact get oil changes on the regular. They sold me a LEMON. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
You all told us you would work with us when our lease was up and you didn’t!!! Bbb will be called You all are Liars! And whoever we talked to was very RUDE. He says to us I think we were very nice to let you all have a car for 7 months after the lease was up! How very sweet of you! Smh Now we don’t have a car! You all told us that because of COVID there was nothing you all could do until the office was open then we would do business and you would call. You all never did call text or no letters in the mail!
Do not buy a Kia, especially a Kia Sorento. We have had ours for 3 years and at 65,000 miles it is getting a brand new engine for burning oil. When I went to see about trading it in, I was unable to because it’s “value” isn’t as good because it’s getting a new engine. Will is a terrible salesman and Kia is a joke. They do not stand behind their product and just want to throw you in new vehicles. Go to a different dealership. Even after being a repeat customer, I will never go back for another vehicle with them.
dont asd "extra" income and jack the price up making someone wait 2 hours to tell you your monthly payment is 560.00??? SMH
went in seen a suv we wanted. looked at the sticker price was 30000 after an hour they came out and told us they were giving us 4000 of the car. laid the paper down for us to sign price was 34900-3900 = 31000. was a good place now under new management that tries to screw people.
