Until recently, I was a Kia customer for 10 years but now I will take my business elsewhere. The Kia cars never hold their value and I have always been upside down on my loans. The negative equity has cost me a fortune. On top of that Kia Motors Finance has terrible customer service. The staff give inconsistent answers to me and fail to address my simple customer needs. I was so upset that I paid off my lease five months early and turned in my car. Now, I am a happy Toyota customer!

I fault myself for this but I would expect more from a new car dealership. I love my 2020 Kia Sportage LX but I'm pretty sure I'm paying a few grands more than it's worth. I went in tired and although I didn't except anything I didn't want, they never told me a sale price but I should have looked at the contract better. I was assuming it would be a priced close to what was advertised. WRONG. Good vehicle? Yes. Decent atmosphere? Yes. Honest sales-people? Hell no.
After airbag replacement for safety recall, airbag warning light was on. They did something to turn it off but 10 days later it was back on. Now being quoted $355 to repair it!Coincidence? At best they missed something on first vist, made mistake or did something intentional to screw it up.
Recommendeda big thank you to Ron Grider for bringing me my driver's license after I left it there . He went out of his way for someone that didn't even buy a car that day ! Thank you so much !
