was looking at buying at 2015 sorento for 12k after all done they wanted 25k with interest. wife calls to talk to them about lowering the intrest rate. and they got rude and told her to jus bring the car back and hung up on her very unprofessional in my opinion. would not recommend kia store unless u want to pay double the cars vaule
Terrible experience today. Waited for 4 1/2 hours and they had forgot me! Apparently they couldn’t find anything wrong with my car. My car has been having issues with not starting randomly but getting worse. I went to the desk at 5:45 pm and they didn’t know I was still waiting. The service advisor that looked at my car had already went home so he couldn’t tell me anything.
