I think they are liars. I had to deal with them today . I'm still not sure if a man named Miles really works there or not . I recieved the run around on that ... I bought a 2016 car 2 months ago and the battery went bad. They told me on the phone that my 90 day off the lot warranty or extended warranty would cover it . Over 300 dollars later it wasn't covered . I will take my business elsewhere...

They really do have friendly people working there and you can tell they are a team..comfortable atmosphere..I love my Optima.❤❤
complete waste of time. they tell you what you want to hear to get you to go to their lot and 3 trips later they dont even have the vehicle that I was supposed to be looking at. I've purchased 4 vehicles from the clarksville store but they've definitely lost my business.
