Went down for the special deal, $8000 over Kelley blue book. A bunch of texts back-and-forth, they agreed that my trade in would be worth about $10,000........ they offered me $1500!!! What a joke. Swindlers

Kevin summers sold me a kia on July of 2018 I have 23000 miles on my vehicle. they charged me a extra 1000 for a service contract for oil changes for 3 years. went to get an oil change today 1 left!!! told me you have to only drive 12000 miles a year to make it last the whole 3 years. they charged me 1000 dollars for a service contract . so I basically paid 250.00 per oil change. keep in mind they do not offer refinancing and if you go to refinance you lose your gap . to top it off my gas tank keeps getting stuck! they sell ... read more
My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Kia Vero Beach! Everyone was extremely friendly and Kevin spent hours with us working on a deal to accommodate our budget. I highly recommend this dealership!
Awful experience. Lies after lies. Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They will give you an “out the door” price, have you ready to sign paperwork, congratulating you for your purchase and then hit you with a higher number (in my case $5000 more). Awful business people.
