I hate to leave this review, but honestly, I wouldn’t recommend. They I’ll call you, email you, text you but once you go in, if you don’t have food credit they just don’t call back, they ignore you .... definitely disappointed, I won’t be back. I’ll go else where. Oh and Kia, just because someone has been through a lot doesn’t mean they can’t get their ducks in a row. You lost a customer and I won’t step foot back in your dealership
I was jerked around for 3 hours, after my husband spoke to Kia through fb messenger, and made a appointment with someone by the name of Buyback Billy, who 1 didn't even show up for our 930 appointment, Carlos was my sales guy, and although he was nice the two financing people jerked me around and didn't even try to give me the 8500$ over KBB offer. they stated the offer wasnt even valid anymore. Service dept. is great! Helpful and kind
The service department has been great. Alway on time and the car is always washed when they deliver it. Service writer is very thorough in getting the information to the techs to make sure the work is done. I recommend KIA of VeroBeach to all my friends.
Don’t fall for there sale ad. When you can show double the income requirements they blow you off and never call you. Run to a different Kia. The manager was very rude to use when we tried to ask questions. Guess being a girl they think we’re stupid.
