Arrived at 4pm left at 7pm. Was sent from sales person to sales person (4) in all. I asked for some ideas what to do since my lease is up in November. A new lease $240.. Buy out 8900. I asked specifically how much and it was the same so I agreed. I asked what bank do you use perhaps I could get a better rate. Oh no we use Seacoast too. Great service non pressure salesmen and a heck of a product
I seriously have never had such a bad car experience then I have had here. No one knew when my car would be delivered and I was told everyday that It would be coming. This went on for 4 days. Then I finally received the car and it hadn’t been detailed or anything. Stickers were still on it leaving adhesive everywhere. Now, over a month later I am having issues again. Kia of Vero Beach has the best Service Department of any dealership that I have ever used. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and go over and above to help resolve any problems with your car. They are a great asset to the dealership.
