I wish I would have read the reviews before visiting/speaking to this dealership. Apparently, it is standard operating procedure for them to offer one price the try to have you pay a different price. The old “bait and switch!” I will warn everyone about this dealership from here on out. This experience illustrated the stereotypical sleezy/crooked used car salesman experience we have all heard about. I hope to receive a call from Jared.

We were passed around like a hot potato between salespeople before we even got there. The guy we ended up with did not offer to let us test drive a vehicle. Highlight of the experience is when he POINTED TO a vehicle in the parking lot as a possible option. We had to ask to be shown it. High pressure tactics. A manager said he would follow up with us, and he never did. I purchased a tacoma on 7/12/20 and while I was there my sales guy Will seemed real cool and friendly, easy to talk to. The finance guy was a bit rigid, not talkative, wasn't great at explaining what was going on and definitely misleading on what I was signing. Now, two weeks after buying the vehicle, all the sales guys (3) I've tried to get in contact with just to get my warranty information emailed to me, are now dodging all my calls and all my emails.
