We did not end up purchasing a vehicle from here. We came to look at a used car that was listed at a great price, and in our price range. Test drove it and were ready to move onto the next stage in the buying process. Our sales person came in with the monthly payment information (but no confirmed interest rate yet) showing us some payments based on months. While I have had a relatively good experience with the sales people and service department at Kia vero beach I would tell you to not hold your breath with Kia's roadside assistance. I placed a call 29 hours ago and just got a return call to see if I was ok and if I still needed help. Luckily I was able to find other help because when their automated system says someone will contact you shortly they mean maybe sometime the next night so hope to God you aren't stranded in the middle of nowhere with no other options. I went to Kia Vero Beach on Saturday and met with Kevin Summers with the intention of “window shopping,” seeing what my options were. I knew the type of vehicle I was looking for and I also knew what my budget was. I expressed it to Kevin Summers from the second I walked in. AND HE LISTENED!!!
