Horrible customer service!!! HORRIBLE!!
Unfortunately my experience with Kia of Vero Beach wasn't a good one. I went in earlier this week hoping to get out of my current car and payment. I am very upside down but I was hoping with the whole covid-19 thing going on there would be incentives, rebates, interest specials etc that may have helped me to get out of my situation. I’m on my 3rd Kia 2 Sportages which I loved and now have a Niro and I’m loving the gas mileage it gets. I just wondering about how Kia is helping during this Covid-19 time. I’ve seen all other makers deferring payments for up to 6 months or making 3 payments. How come Kia isn’t doing something like this to help your customers new and old? I giving 4 stars because I love my cars but -1 because I feel you should help your customers without penalties to get through this terrible time also.

Fire the service manager. He carrys himself like hes on drugs or alcohol. Looks like he hasnt showered in days, talks like hes on meth or drunk. I'd never let someone like that around my car or truck alone. 3 appointment all had to reschedule because this loser doesnt have his stuff together. Looks like many of your customers werent too thrilled about him.
