We had an excellent time purchasing a car for our son this weekend! (who can say that about car buying) The staff was exceedingly helpful and courteous. They replaced the battery, bulbs, and set up for a windshield replacement - all without trying to squeeze more out of our price! We ended up paying less than expected and couldn't be more happy! We will DEFINITELY be coming back when our next son is ready to start driving!

We found the best price in town for our used 2017 Acura MDX! The manager even respected my military service and gave me a small discount. Very good service! Love my new car!
They stop helping you once you sign the paperwork. Had me waiting for 5 hours for a service agreed upon only to tell me in the end they couldn’t do it at that time when it was an appointment. Seems they may have lied about what type of accident my car was in. Will not forward me the paperwork for my warranty. Poor communication. They will not return calls or emails. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Kia Round Rock and i must say the experience is amazing. I thought maybe just because it was our first time they were nice but nope they made me a liar because the second time around was just as great if not better.
