Had a great experience at Southwest Kia. We came looking for one particular car, calling on our way to make sure it was available. Fidel had the car waiting for us when we got there and was very helpful. He gave us space to talk and figure out what we wanted, was warm, not pushy—everything you want in a car salesman. We waited a couple days to buy and never felt pressured to hurry. We’re very happy with our 2017 Kia, and would definitely go back to Southwest Kia for a future car purchase.
The staff at Round Rock Kia respected my time and made my car-buying process incredibly simple. I would absolutely recommend others go here if they're in the market for a new car!
