I just have to say that since I have gone for warranty services since 2014 and purchased a car there in 2016, the change in ownership and staff as far as the service department is concerned has improved drastically. I used to really dread having to go there because I used to get nothing but excuses. My last 2 visits were much better. I had to get my engine replaced as part of the recall, and then I had a few other issues with a few of the components of the car warranty wise. we were sold a brand new kia Rio. we were told that we were given the wrong a car a few days later. we went back in and not even a hour later, my husband had to turn around and return this "new" car. The car was having severe issues. come to find out they tried pull a "bait and switch" which is completely illegal. It's a form of FRAUD.
