The service from sales to finance to the service department.
I decided to try and go purchase a new car. I went into Kia and told them what I wanted, and what I wanted my monthly payments to look like. The sales consultant Nicole made me feel welcomed and comfortable, but she also went out of her way to make everything happen the way I wanted it to! I was so happy and excited with how everything turned out, and she was there to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Her customer service is great, and that night I walked out with my 2020 Kia Rio! :) I will be coming back to her!
Go and see Joe Perez at Round Rock Kia!! He got us the best deal on our brand new car and it was more than we expected it to be!! He won’t disappoint!
