1 Star My wife and I came into dealership and had financing approved and had agreed to the printed offer from dealership. Salesman explained the numbers and we all agreed on the deal. It wasn’t until we went to the back to finalize the paperwork that we were misled and it was 2k over the offer we accepted. Not verbal offer but printed offer. They would not honor there own offer. RecommendedIf you want the best car buying experience then head on down to Kia of Round Rock and see Fidel Martinez. Fidel was so awesome. His salesmanship was above any other I have dealt with in my car buying experience. He put my whole family back on the road with safe cars, 3 in total.
