Whatever happened to, "I'll beat any new Kia advertised price in Texas, I guarantee it?" I brought in several ads for 2019 Kia Sorentos and got nothing but back peddling and even a, "well go see them then!" Looks like I will be going to see "them" then!
Joe Perez was my salesman. He worked with me to get right where I wanted to be. The finalization was very thorough, but speedy. Fastest I've ever driven out of a lot when buying a new car! And best of all, I LOVE my new Kia Soul!

I got my second car there this weekend. Another great experience from the sales staff and finance team. They really know how to take care of you. We were there for about 4 hours start to finish and it didn't seem like it. Plenty of water and coffee and they even had pizza during lunch time. Hayat our salesperson listened to what we needed and made it happen.
the worst experience I had with them in this dealership, they discriminate people, I felt so embarrassed for every seconds I spend on this dealership. I won't recommend anyone to this dealership. Joe was the sales person.

My sales person Z was fantastic. He was warm and caring. Very genuine and down to earth like the finance manager Cory. Great people overall to work with. He was very attentive and helpful. That seems to be the norm now around Kia. I'm telling all my friends to go see the guys at Kia!!! Thanks for your help.
