I purchased my 2017 Kia Sportage and always take advantage of the free car wash and vacuum service but Saturday I stopped in and was extremely disappointed because only the drivers side and rear passenger floor mats were vacuumed. Not sure what happened but I’m hoping it doesn’t happen again
Hayat was really cool with what I needed and knew what I wanted in a car. I came in to ask some questions and window shop. I had a really bad experience with their Austin branch. They wanted to make up for it, and asked if I would give their branch a second chance. The finance team was awesome and Hayat guided me through everything without having to deal with multiple people. I've purchased 2 vehicles from Southwest Kia Round Rock and 3 from Capitol. Everyone has always been honest, up front and caring. No different with my most recent purchase at Round Rock. Brian Buffin was patient enough for me and my wife to argue and drag on a few test drives, but ended up with a great car and a great deal made by Chase in finance. I'm sure I'll be back.
