We love our Kia, No problem, great service, good people...
I HATE this place! I arrived only to be greeted by a service tech shoving food in her mouth. I explained to her my front headlight was out and i had purchased a bulb and needed someone to help me replace it due to the battery being in the way. She went on to tell me the charge was going to be 60 bucks. That statement shook me to the core. Really? 60 bucks to replace a bulb? As always, Ken (in service dept.) was exceptional and wonderful. He is ALWAYS good humored, helpful and just down right AWESOME!!! I'm so glad he is my Tech!! I spent a few hours this morning getting reg. maintenance done ( that I have put off for far too long lol) and Ken was waiting for me, and made sure I got what really needed to be done vs. trying to sell me. Our salesperson was incompetent, slow, and dishonest. The sales manager was rude and belligerent. Our keys were held hostage after they appraised our car for trade. We did not buy a car here, and we will not return. This was by far my worst experience with ANY business to date.
I always get exceptional service here...whether I am buying a new KIA or having an oil change or any questions that needs answers regarding sales, service, etc. Hats off to Southwest Kia!

I had an awesome experience here. Came in for oil change and was advised of everything they did to the car. Very friendly people and great atmosphere in the waiting area!
I am so thankful for Round Rock Southwest Kia! They are very thorough and honest advising me of their findings and the cost of repair prior to doing the work. I have never felt pressure to have the repairs done, it is always my choice. Also their staff is always very friendly and helpful. Their showroom is very clean and beautiful which makes it a pleasure to go there. I am always happy to take my car to them! Megan Schade helped me yesterday and she is fantastic! !!!
