I purchased a 2018 Kia Soul, just this afternoon from Round Rock. My amazing and personable salesman was Cory Frick. I was barely out of my car when he walked out the front door and greeted me. As I walked in, multiple sales team where on the floor and they each either said Hello to me specifically or waved as I made my way to the desk. This was the best experience that I have EVER had. You WILL not regret coming here. I drove in from out of town to go to another dealer that failed to mention it was appointment only on any of their social media sites, and went to the closest dealer which was Southwest Kia. I USED to think the Kia vehicles were average, but after my purchase.... WOW. Best car I have ever bought so far. Can’t speak on the sales folks since we bought in Austin but their service people in Round Rock are shady. Pretty positive they come from brake check..
Just wanted to tell those in charge of operations that my visit to the service center Wednesday was flawless. Everything from the consultant who greeted me to the employees walking by, making eye contact, and saying Hello. My 2015 Kia Soul was returned to me as promised and cleaner than she was when I arrived. I want to give a shout out to the excellent consultant who assisted me but I'm drawing a blank on her name. I am a lifelong Kia owner and your company is one of the reasons why.
Great service! My salesman was Alex Flores and I couldn’t ask for a nicer person. No pressure, honest answers and attentive. Go see Alex-he will help you find whatever you are looking for with a great deal!
Use your cell phone for marketing. Text back ask to remove. No response. The next day I get a recorded phone call. I guess that's the response (more intrusiveness). Why would I trust them to respect me as a customer if they don't respect me as a person.
