Terrible Service Department. I took my 2009 Kia optima there because I needed a new clicker and my electric Windows wouldn't go up. After waiting two weeks, found out that I needed a new motor for my windows to work. I was charged $800.00 Left there....no new clicker and still had the same problem with my windows.
