I have had two car accidents and I have gone to Round Rock Kia and both times I have had the best customer from the salespeople and the finance managers. They care about their customers and will do all they can to help you get what you need. The process is fast and painless. The employees are very tentative to their customers. Came to Kia with expectations to buy a car and no one came out to assist us.
I had a great experience working with salespersons, Fidel Martinez and Albert Martin. They worked as a team to get me into the car of my choice (Soul+). I'm pleased with their attention and care. Fidel had previously helped my 19-year-old daughter get into her 2017 Forte. We will definitely return when it's time to trade up. Good job Fidel and Albert, you guys are the best.

This was the best experience purchasing a car I've ever had, thanks to LaTonya Carr, my salesperson. She was helpful, fun to work with, and she did everything beforehand, while I was at home and I only came in to test drive and sign paperwork. I highly recommend visiting the dealership and LaTonya the next time you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
