Here is my mom’s 1 week old Kia she bought here. We are on a very busy highway in Fort Worth. No tire warnings at all. Tire tread just came right off. The back of the car is damaged now too. 2020 Kia 500 miles on it. 😡
I just had an all-around bad experience. I found a car on the website inquired about it through email, made a call to the GM we discussed the selling price plus extras he said he would be getting back with me with an itemized selling invoice when I got it it was $5,500 more then the window sticker. In speaking to him he did not mention the so-called Market adjustment. I felt like it was dishonest and I was being misled I believe this is very unprofessional and not good business
My family had a great experience with Steven and his team. Highly recommend him and Southwest Kia to anyone. They were so nice and caring and very very genuine. Steven worked so hard for me to make sure I could get my very first car and made sure I was absolutely happy the entire process. They truly went above and beyond for me. My Kia is gorgeous and their warranty is unmatched. 12/10 place and people! Can’t say enough good things about them.

The Team at SOUTHWEST KIA in RR was amazing! I enjoyed working with Ben and Atif and couldn’t be happier with the Telluride (I wasn’t even interested- my husband was just insistent, after his research, that I “check it out”). I really had no intention of buying after a hot afternoon (after work!) of test driving disappointments at another dealership- but I fell in love with my car before my test drive left the car lot!
