The worst dealership ever. Lies about the promotions.
Got and add won a prize. Got there to claim it and they said yeah you won but we only have one. So you didn't really win. False advertising is not a good way to get business. It shady and crooked.
Was happy at first, until we figured out the hard way we were sold a car without a jack and a spare....seriously, who looks! And after all the crap they added on, a 12k car ended up costing 18k. Not happy at all.
Scammy mailer received. Waste of time. Trashy product, trashy behavior.
Big shout out to Ryan for hooking me up with a car I never thought I'd be able to own. I drive with pride now. Absolutely amazing salesman, great service all around. I look forward to working with Grand West Kia again. Can't forget Justin for hooking me up financially. (:
Please discontinue the action of sending out Money Carlo and other such promotional materials as it is a deceitful and unethical practice, and it leaves the same impression on you as a business. I would never buy a car from a dealership I viewed as deceitful, and I don't believe I will be purchasing one from here any time soon.
