We got a brand new car, which I never thought I could get, and a amazing percentage rate, again, something I never thought we could get. Just got a car here a couple days ago.I love it! The woman,Nichole who helped me was amazing they don't blow up your phone or hound you trying to track you down to sell you a car.She was very patient with my mom and i.i was very nervous to test drive the car so she suggested a place with a huge empty parking lot so I could feel more at ease.She offered to let us drive the car to my dads work so he could take a look at it.Its also nice to know I am building my credit.The customer service is great here! This dealership is a joke, nothing like lying to costumers about honoring a price that was agreed on by the sales manager for 24 hours. To return to the dealership with cash and have the price jacked up over 3800.00 bucks. If they don't honor their word why would you wanna do business with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!

Absolute great customer service! Been to just about every dealership in Junction this week and nobody was as helpful and considerate as Nicolle!
Thank you so much to Sheila and Justin for the awesome customer service you provided us yesterday. I called told them what we wanted. They worked all day for us and when we got there at 6pm had all the paperwork ready all we did was sign and drove away in our new Kia sorento. They are the only dealership we will go to. They will continue to get our service.
