Very disappointed to hear the situation that my son was put in. I highly suggest that you get all the paperwork done when the customer is in the office rather than expecting someone that works on the rigs to just come back! Then he finds out he didn't need to take the time off anyways....you certainly aren't going to reimburse him for his time now are you?!?! Remember if a customer has a good experience they might tell one person about but a customer that has a bad experience will tell at least 10.

We bought a jeep Cherokee and we love it. That's the greats part. The bad is we traded in our rav4 almost two months ago. Now getting letters from Chase telling us that our rav4 payment is late. They haven't paid it off. This isn t how to build trust as a business

Well where to start, me and 2 of my daughter's purchased 3 vehicles in same day, after 3 months found out None of our trade in's were paid off, will never purchase another car here again.. also got bad credit for non payment on trade in. BUT DO LOVE MY CAR JUST NOT THE SERVICE..

We walked in never thinking we could afford a car, but wanted to see what we needed to do to get a car later on. We ended up driving off the lot with a fantastic vehicle. So happy to have been given this chance to finally own a car. Thank you!

Went in looking for a 2011 Sorento. They didnt have any available but they worked with me to get a 2017 Sorento instead. Couldnt be happier.

Been waiting 30 min to talk to a service Manager to talk about repair on a part that they repaired wrong before I bought it. It took 2 visits to them and a call from my Nephew to get them to agree to repair. Now they expect me to be careless all weekend.

I paid for a lifetime oil change certificate. Wish i hadnt. Every time i take my car in, they find something expensive wrong with it. Never the same thing, either. Every time. Gets real old. I always say no thanks, and the next time i bring it in, the previous problem seems to have disappeared! Magic!!! Just cause im a female doesnt mean im car stupid. And if their cars are so great, how come they keep finding things wrong with it?
