Do NOT buy from this place.... if you do don’t trade in a car there. They didn’t pay off my old car for 3 months after I purchased from them and when trying to get reimbursement for the late fees and stuff I was charged they sent me a check that didn’t go through the bank because of insufficient fund.... Never again will we be back!
RecommendedVery helpful with the trade-in process and great listening within finance budgeting. Randall is fantastic in sales; he very attentive and none pressuring. Also, he went above and beyond to find an additional service deal for me as a teacher. The service station is so considerate and has had their workers coming in several times to meet my needs on Saturdays; even though, it was out of the normal things they provided on weekends, so that I wouldn’t need to be out of the classroom during school days. Thank you Maria Johnson for introducing yourself to me Wednesday morning and for quickly resolving an issue I have had with the service dept. The service staff was always friendly, but it shouldn't have taken 4 months to resolve this, when Maria could resolve it in one day! Maria assured me that new procedures were now in place to insure a better customer experience.
They have the friendliest staff, and very informative.
They don’t honor promises made by their staff! Their nothing but crooks!!
I just purchased a Kia Soul in June 2019. I LOVE! LOVE! LOVE my Kia Soul!!!🥰💜 This experience was soooo much better than when I bought my Kia Optima 2 years ago under different management!!! These people who are here now are GOOD people and they stand by their word👍🥰 I was very skeptical trying it again but I really mean it, this time it was different! They worked with me on the numbers, it was a much quicker process this time. You will not be disappointed!!🙌

I will keep this short. I second the thoughts of Mackenzie and several others in their reviews. NOWHERE on the sweepstakes form does it say I did not win the $1000 cash prize. Several place on the form it does say I won. It even shows the odds of winning the $1000 at 2 in 75000. These people need to educate themselves as to what a lie is. If lies and empty promises is how you lure people into your business, then we must assume that you are desperate and are on the verge of closing your dealership. Scamming flyer sent to my grandparents in the mail saying they won $1,000. My Grandparents even called to see if they actually won the money, as they live in Montrose and didn't wanna drive all the way there for nothing, they were told the money is theirs and they'll walk out with it. Drove from Montrose and walked out with $2. As they were leaving, the creep behind the counter told my Grannie, sarcastically "make sure you share your winnings with your husband"... 🙄This is crap!
