The service department was excellent! They diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. I had a trip the next morning so they provided a temporary solution and got me going and didn’t charge me. I made an appointment to fix the problem and they got it done. Very pleased with their work
everything they would not fix my Kia while it was under warranty they kept blowing me off until it was no good then they put me in another car told me it had all-wheel drive and that I had gap insurance on it and I didn't have either one they said they would make it right but they have not the four people that were involved don't even work there anymore they ran my credit 4 times and ruin my credit so now I can't get nothing anywhere and they still will not help me 😡

We purchased a new Kia Optima today at Grand West Kia and were very pleased with the whole procedure. The owners were very professional. No pressure, they just answered our questions. They offered us an excellent price and we drove off the lot with with our new Optima and smiles on our faces. I highly recommend Grand West Kia and we will definitely return when we are needing another new car!
The new owners, they are some of the kindest, earnest, honest, blunt, and straight shooting folks I've ever worked with. They had a vehicle that fit my pricing, worked with me on payments, and when both my vehicles died, they got me into something I really like, that fits my needs perfectly. Thank you both so much. Great product , better price and carrying staff.
This place sucks bad, bought a used car, it did not have a spare tire and jack, talked to the salesman later he said come back and we will fix it, well we went back a little later and the salesman does not work there any more and they would not honor the request, so make sure you check everything on a car, lesson learned, will not go back, I would rather go to carville’s!!!!!!!! Come on GWK make it right,
