First off, we bought from them before and weren’t thrilled but decided to give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN! They were supposed to pay off our loan for our trade in and still haven’t. We heard from the loan company that it hadn’t been paid. It’s been well over a month!!! Not only wont we ever go there again, we will be sure tell everyone what an incompetent company they are!!! Don’t buy a vehicle from this place!! I’ve called and called and they won’t return my calls. Shady place for sure!!!

Bought my husbands truck from here four years ago and made the mistake of purchasing a lifetime oil change plan. On multiple occasions they have had to do the service twice because they use the wrong oil. They took over three hours to complete a scheduled oil change. The last time there, my husband asked them to rotate the tires and they stripped the threads on his aftermarket wheel center caps.
