I was surprised how easy it was to talk to the salesman that helped us. He was happy to answer all the questions we had. He didn't push anything. We felt like we were able to actually make an informed decision & got a car we love at a price we could not beat. Thanks Jason Worley for taking the time you did with us. The first time I spoke to my salesman Ed it was honesty from beginning to end. He understood my situation and even explained it to his managers for me. From the time I walked in until the time I left it never felt rushed or pressure driven. Everyone there is extremely help and they make YOU a priority. My next KIA will come from here.
Really great experience at Kia of Greenville had an appointment for service Saturday morning we were greeted by a very professional young man Jose he did a wonderful job keeping us informed about our car and keeping my wife Arlene and i comfortable while we waited matter of fact the whole staff was most helpful we were really impressed with the level of professionalism all around great!!! I can't say enough about KIA Motors. In our greedy world KIA stands alone as a company that cares. They care about their customers and their employees. They care about our environment. I bought my 2016 Kia Forte is August. I've never purchased a car in under three hours! They were outstanding! I went in for an oil change yesterday and was completely impressed with everything! I'd recommend them to anyone!
I had come back to Kia of Greenville for second time, cause a warning light on my dash broad again. Shelby had the nerve to tell me that there be no charge today cause they put wrong part last time and they would order the part free of charge. 1# it's under warranty, and he not going to charge me today. 2# it's under a freaking warranty. 3# I tried to correct him, It's under warranty.
