Almost 2 months of dealing with this dealership makes me a VERY UNSATISFIED customer. Without going into too much detail YET, I would NOT recommend doing business here. A pure shame that I must talk with the dealership manager to hopefully get some resolve because everybody else I've dealt with seems to be incompetent and uninterested in upholding the "satisfaction policy". My husband and I are new to car buying, but the way we were treated at Kia of Greenville turned us off to the entire process. I will say this: the owner of the dealership is an acquaintance of ours and a very nice guy. And the first salesman we interacted with--BJ--was incredibly kind and friendly as well, and made sure to ask us up front how much we were willing to spend.
