Bought my first BRAND new car today! I was nervous and unsure of what I wanted to do but Monique and Ken made my day!!!!! They went above and beyond to explain everything to me. They helped make my decision so much easier. I never felt pressured and felt more like a friend than a client. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your new and preowned car needs!

I think Dominic Gibbs is an exceptional sales guy. He will stay late till 10:30 at night to help you get the car you want or if you don't want a car, it's up to you. He will be there to help your needs. And surprisingly afterwards he will be there too. I showed up there a week later to get the tag put on my car. Dominic help me put the tag on my car. He hooked my Bluetooth phone to the car, showed me how to use several other features, which saved time in trying to figure out how to use them. And made sure I had his number in... read more

I had exceptional service during my 5/6 hour visit on Saturday Feb. 25, 2017. I previously owned 2 Kia's so when I went in I knew I wanted another Kia. I was a little unsure which model (hence the reason it took so many hours). They were willing to help me get out of my trade. Think it is really pitiful that I have had my car for 33 days and still do not have my tag yet!! Just ran into a road block and the police told me I need to get my tag!!! What can I do?? I have called and talked to people there and no one seems to know nothing!!! I WANT MY TAG AND I WANT IT NOW!! I BET WHEN THEY WANT THAT PAYMENT IT BETTER BE ON TIME!!!! Really PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ��
Even walking into the new, beautiful showroom is a joy. Then, ALL of the people who work there are kind and honest. We bought a new Kia Niro today and just loved the experience. Thank you, Alex and Forrest.
Pulled in on my way home from work. I just needed an oil change. I had no appt. Chris was friendly, well-informed and understood my need to not be there for a long time. I went to the lounge that was very clean and before I knew, Chris was there saying I was done. Awesome experience. I'll be back.
