The store was very clean. Kathrynn answered my questions and gave excellent customer service.
Dominic is the best! He knew I wanted a blue Soul and he worked hard to find a combination of a car and a payment that would work for me. Ask for him and tell him I sent you� And the whole staff was attentive, friendly, and fun. Thank you Ian, Jermaine, and the cool young lady that helped me with the hot chocolate.

My daughter was in a car accident and was looking for a new car. The manager talked them into leading a car until she would get a settlement. He said they would have to lease for 6 months before they could pay it off. Well after 6 months they went to pay it off. To their surprise they would have to pay the lease off and the warranty would be no good. They have been lied to. Beware do not buy a car from them they are very dishonest. I would not even rate them poor I would below poor.
I talked with Katie Lowry about kia of Greenville. I was going to come in, but right now I am traveling, and she showed me the facilities that you have there, they seem to be very customer friendly and comfortable while you wait for service. I'm very impressed with your dealership. I definitely will consider coming in and looking at your inventory! Thank you Katie for taking the time to share your dealership.

I think Kia of Greenville is a phenomenal place to go for a car. The staff there are very friendly and well knowledgeable about there cars. If you are looking for a new car... I believe that's the place to go.

Assisted my son on his 1st purchase and I have to say it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. He got a very good deal on a 2016 Kia Optima. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great selection and dealership had an inviting and excting atmosphere.
