Horrible customer service, wanted to check Kia out to see the different type of car/SUVs as will be purchasing soon. They won't let you open a door, or sit in a vehicle .. nothing in less you complete their paperwork and then still not wanting to open the car doors , so a customer could check them out.

i have a friend that bought a car from them about month ago and now there telling her they are having problems with finance company .she should sue kia of greenville i told her to get a lawer.
Went to get oil change , normally it only takes 30 mins .. yesterday it took hour and half ..... for same service that I made appt for .... love my Kia .. however do not like the service ......

Thank you Kia of Greenville for your fantastic service again. This is the second vehicle, 1 used and 1 new, that we have purchased.
