Just wanted to give credit where credit is due. Over the past few days, I have been dealing with Steve Smith when looking for a Sportage for my mother and father in law. Even though we could not make a deal due to color I was very impressed and satisfied with my experience. You guys have a good one in Steve and think he deserves some praise from the higher ups. I would certainly recommend you guys to my friends and family. Thanks again for a great experience.

Horrible customer service. Was very loyal on always getting my brand new KIA serviced at this location. After 6 years of being a loyal customer my first big issue with them was turned down for reimbursement by customer service because the dealership directly told them I was “not a loyal customer”. Will never take my car there again!!!

First let me start out by saying “ I am so happy”!! These people know their cars and if you stop in be sure to get with Terry McCoy! We really didn’t know what we wanted but we knew we needed to get out of the car we were in because of a high interest loan in trying to rebuild our credit. We knew we wanted a Kia because of warranty. How patient these people were with helping us narrow down what we wanted and getting our payment where it would fit our budget.
