The sales guy was great knew exactly what I was looking at but the guy who comes up with the numbers said one number and then when we came back a few hours later he said a whole different number and lied to us about the previous number. I understand why a lot of the sales people have left there now.
We had purchased 3 new Optima's the past few years. Learning the customer service area served snacks was really appreciated. Now, Marcus thinks spending just $60 a week for customer satisfaction for the Greenfield Bagels they once served is too expensive and not needed. Well, there are other dealers in Greenville that want our business.
