Great place to do business! Sales department and the Service department do an excellent job
Kia of Greenville provided us excellent customer service and care when purchasing a vehicle for our daughter. They helped us select a proper and safe vehicle, serviced and cleaned the car prior to delivery and provided a smooth and simplified process throughout the entire transaction. We continue to visit the dealership as servicing requirements arise and have always been provided excellent service. We highly recommend the team at Kia for their excellent and dedicated service.
Love the place! Brought my car in for a service check up and they went the extra mile for me. Got me all tuned up and ready for my road trips. Very detailed on what they do and no BS. 100% recommend. Great service, great people! Definitely my cars home for any work needed.

Is my third time come to this Dealer after I was a loyal customer at kia at greer but unfortunately they what they did on the car I purchased from them at kia a greer I pay 6000 cash for a Nissan Altima 2011 they did a tuneup and oil change ended pay them 220 dollars they engine light come on then they charge 387 for a part they told me my car needs I ending out with check light come on the next day then after make the complaint they pay me back my money then 2 days later my car have issues I ending paying Nissan 927 dollars... read more

We bought a brand new Kia in April 2016. Four years later, the car would not start. We brought it to the Kia of Greenville Dealership for a diagnostic and were told that we needed a new engine to the tune of $6,000. The dealership suggested that we call Kia HQ's to see if we could get a new engine since the car, "should not have had that problem after only 4 years of use." A representative from Kia HQ's called us back with a decision that they would NOT replace the engine and that it was something that the service department... read more
