Is my third time come to this Dealer after I was a loyal customer at kia at greer but unfortunately they what they did on the car I purchased from them at kia a greer I pay 6000 cash for a Nissan Altima 2011 they did a tuneup and oil change ended pay them 220 dollars they engine light come on then they charge 387 for a part they told me my car needs I ending out with check light come on the next day then after make the complaint they pay me back my money then 2 days later my car have issues I ending paying Nissan 927 dollars... read more

horrible service offered amount was less than kbb during a sale advertised over kbb value. also changed my salesman twice and the second one was inexperienced and very unhelpful. very unprofessional.
Came in to trade in my vehicle for the buy back event y’all were hosting. I wanted to get my vehicle appraised and I wanted to then possible trade it in and pay the difference (cash) towards a new vehicle. My husband and I were treated very poorly.
