I purchased a 2023 Kia ******** last year, a week ago my car started acting strange so I had to have it towed to Kia. My car currently has 12,000 miles on it. It’s been sitting at the dealership for over a week and still no diagnosis and everytime I call, I get the run around and then no one calls me back. I will NEVER bring my car here for service again and encourage others not to as well. My car was STOLEN from this dealership when I had given it for repair/ getting it checked out. They DO NOT LOCK THEIR LOCK BOX WHERE THE KEYS ARE and then claim they ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for your car being stolen. I can see if my car was stolen and the keys were there but there were no break-ins and the keys were missing. Drove over an hour for an 11am appointment that the salesman Rashad P******** was 20min late to. My family and I then sat there for additional 30mins with no interaction from Rashad until he informed me that he couldn’t find the key anywhere. No apology or any consideration on the time wasted on my end. We had a great experience. They found the care we were searching for and for a great price. Very thorough with the paperwork to make sure everything went through smoothly as well.
We bought a vehicle here for our daughter. 2 weeks later, on her birthday, she called and said something was wrong with it. We had it towed to Kia of Greenville and was told it needed a new engine. We were devastated because we just spent all our money 2 weeks before buying the Sorento. We knew it was a risky purchase because it had over 150,000 miles.
