I purchased a Kia Optima here at Kia of Greenville... my sales associate and the management was great but the guy that deals with financing was horrible... the most unorganized person I’ve ever dealt with... it took the whole 45days to close a deal. There was a whole lot of calling back and forth and signing paperwork every other week... the deal was closed the day before my payment was due.. while i am thankful for my car and i love my car, I’d never shop with Kia of Greenville as long as the guy in financing is there... Our experiences at Kia are always good. Friendly people. Always do everything they can to make our visit there a good one. Any problem we've had, bring it to someones attention and they go out of their way to make everything right.

Just wanted to give credit where credit is due. Over the past few days, I have been dealing with Steve Smith when looking for a Sportage for my mother and father in law. Even though we could not make a deal due to color I was very impressed and satisfied with my experience. You guys have a good one in Steve and think he deserves some praise from the higher ups. I would certainly recommend you guys to my friends and family. Thanks again for a great experience.

Horrible customer service. Was very loyal on always getting my brand new KIA serviced at this location. After 6 years of being a loyal customer my first big issue with them was turned down for reimbursement by customer service because the dealership directly told them I was “not a loyal customer”. Will never take my car there again!!!
