I had a truly terrible experience at this dealership today. I was interested in a new Soul and as long as I was willing to keep going higher on the payments, the staff was nice. When I told them I could not afford what they were asking for, the salesman became extremely rude. He told me I was "bullshitting" him and that I went back on my word and that apparently my word meant nothing. My fiancé went in Sunday to see about getting a car. She told them what she could and couldn't do and what she could and couldn't afford. They didn't even let the original salesman that was helping her, finish helping us. They let her test drive a brand new Kia Soul and she loved it. She sat down with the salesman and he worked up a deal and payments. The buying experience was great! Unfortunately, after you purchase the car, they want nothing to do with you. I was told i would get a check for referring a friend. I have not received one, and have left several messages for Tyler, my sales person to call me about this,, and he is not returning my calls. Feel like i am being ignored. Very, very disappointed with them. I would not refer another person to KIA of Greenville.

Just drove away in my 2016 Kia Sorento. What a sweet ride ! Elvis worked really diligently to find me exactly the car I wanted. He might use the word "picky" but he pulled it off !! Oscar made the sales process one of the least painful I have ever had and was a pleasure to work with. This is my 3rd Sorento since 2003 so while I have some brand loyalty these guys made sure I now have dealer loyalty ! Great dealership with great leadership !
