They will sell you a used car that has everything wrong with it and when tou take it back with a warranty they come up with everything not to fix it.for free i would never ever buy another car from them .They lie to you from the start beware

Used to take my Sorento here. But no more. Went in for an oil change. When I paid and drove about a mile noticed the oil light on and lifters making a noise. I took it back complaining and they said they would change it again at no charge. I'm pretty sure they drained it but forgot the oil. Nearly cost me an engine! The manager was supposed to call me that Monday but never did.

This dealership just cost me $424 AND damaged my credit. They bought a Kia Soul from me and I leased a brand new Sorento the same day. Kia of Greenville took so long (over 30 days) to submit paperwork on their purchase that I started getting late payment notices. Not only was a payment taken from my account for the Soul I sold a month prior, but I now have a late payment on my credit. I have been done wrong by plenty of dealerships before, but this is by far the most damaging to me personally.

Took my sorento in for a recall issue. There was a guy named Christopher who assisted me and he was really really nice. When he came out to tell me my car was done I casually mentioned something else that I noticed about my car. Next words out of his mouth was "let's go for a little test ride". Anyone else probably would've just brushed it off. I really appreciate his niceness and going the extra mile to see if he could tell what was going on with my vehicle.
