I had an appointment with the manager “Jason”. When I got there he wasn't available so another sales rep helped me - (I never got his name) After Jason and Colton told me on the phone and by email that they could make “things “ happen. This guy said I needed to come up with a large amount of cash to help with the rollover there wasn't anything he could really do. Didn't seem interested in helping customers. Just left the dealership. We had an appointment with the manager Jason at 6pm. When we got there he wasn't available so Maurice helped us. After Jason told my husband on the phone that they could make stuff happen Maurice said if we couldn't come up with a large amount of cash to help with the rollover there wasn't anything he could really do. Didn't seem interested in helping customers. Absolute waste of time. They didn't check our credit or anything. Just looked at us and basically turned us away.

Just left with my wife had an appointment with Jason and he wasn't there to help us, got helped by someone else instead. absolute waste of time. even though we were trying to trade in our 2016 dodge we were told without a large amount of cash we couldn't do anything after Jason said he could do things to help us. Just got turned away from our looks. they lost future customers.

I have my routine maintenace completed always in a timely manner and excellent customer service. Just had new tires installed. Great experience with Service Consultant Sharon Norman.

Kayla is Fantastic at the service desk. Very patient in answering all your questions. She makes sure you don't get lost in the shuffle and that your vehicle is a propriety.

Had to have warranty work done on my vehicle and was very happy with the service. The waiting lounge is comfortable with snacks and coffee available. They keep you informed of the progress of your vehicle and are very friendly. Sharon was so helpful even riding with me after my car was done to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend Key Hyundai.

Kayla was nothing but professional when she was helping me with my service. She clearly explained what the shop found that was wrong with my car along with the prices. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I love this dealership! This is the 4th vehicle we've bright from them. The service department is a true SERVICE department. Service advisor, Sharon Norman, is truly awesome. She makes sure you're taken care of and understand anything that's going on.
