Thank you Key Hyundai for charging me $138.92 for a $1.43 piece of plastic. Luckily, Hyundai Consumer Affairs thought this was as crappy as I did and made it right by refunding my money. Three recalls and a known issue for at least 12 years...not to mention the safety issues revolving around this piece failing. What a great experience I had with this dealership.....I called before I drove 2 hours from GA to look at the car that I saw online to make sure it was still there....When we pulled up it was out front and ready for inspection. Bought a new 2017 Elantra with a 120,000mile or 5yr bumper to bumper warranty. The battery crapped out 23months later. A battery should last around 3-5yrs. Was sold a car with a crap battery and then told it's not covered by the warranty bc we've driven more then 36,000miles. Mileage doesn't equate to battery life. To make matters worse they have a new gel battery you can't buy outside the dealership so you have to go there and pay $300's for the battery.
