I took my Santa Fe in for oil change and a recall. Had an appointment. After an hour of sitting there Devon came to tell me I really needed a tire rotation and balance. I agreed, sat there another hour. He never checked on me after that even though I paced the entire lot and was pacing in the Customer service area. I finally went to ask when car would be ready. Brought the car in for oil change and belt change. Everything was explained, including cost. Never feel like I'm being sold something unnecessary. Didn't have an appointment. No problems, great and fast service and they sent a Lyft to bring me back to the dealership. Kaream is my service advisor who knows my name and gives me outstanding service-as always. Great job!!
